This idea is to fire from my work at Sheffield University 2000. Which suggested that lightening did molecular nuclear fusion.
The pressurised, turbulent descent of rain or snow, converted the water molecules into helium and oxygen gases, the massive heat and X rays.
1 H₂O+P+TU→He²⁺+O⁺+E²+e⁻+X-ray
Academic geographers have written papers about the X ray emission of heavy rain. This production of helium and oxygen gases. Physics understands the significance! Geography did not. Heavy precipitation does nuclear fusion.

Every 3 minutes, the charge collects enough, to cause a lightening down strike: 5000 volts between the cloud tops, where the positive charge collects, and the ground with a negatively charged electrons fall.
So a heavy precipitation acts like a giant battery! And then we get a lightening down strike, to discharge all that electrical potential. Which leads inevitably to a lightening up strike a lightening.

So nature does nuclear fusion in the air every 3 minutes around the earth. So we a fire up a steam plasma in a glass cylinder. And discovered a plasma burn from regular water.
3 H₂O+P+PL→2(E²+L...X-ray) twice the energy of molecular nuclear fusion.
So a 50x1cm glass cylinder filled with of regular water, and Pfizer into a plasma using the high voltage electronics from a all fluorescent light, will yield 2.4 MW of heat.
And once started at four atmospheres the plasma will self sustain. This is why the gas prices are creeping upwards! As people are increasingly adopting a home plasma power plant.
Our 50x1cm glass cylinder at four atmospheres, will release 2.4 MW of heat. So most in a water boiler, we get the superheated steam at eight atmospheres, will drive a commercially sourced steam turbine to freeze 1.2 MW of mains electricity.
We use by electronics to synchronise voltage, frequency and phase with the national grid. This sell our excess current to the national grid and they sent us a check every year. For six million UK pounds.
So only heat and power is playing massively! We use the steam after the turbine so a six and 80° C, for an area central heating system. Pumping the hot water around the 150 houses - we have supply the carbon neutral electricity for.
Suddenly we are burning no oil and gas. We are releasing no carbon dioxide! And it goes off from regular water. No radioactive isotopes required all produced!
Present uranium nuclear power needed annual insurance of 100 billion per 100 MW power station. Or the United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth: suddenly the UN is hosting annual conference is on manmade global warming/climate change - the PR science fiction from nuclear power.
They are being bought off!

The United Nations should be shutting down all under insured nuclear power plant on earth. They are not meant to be hosting fictitious climate conferences.
During the spurious global locked down coals by the Covid panic, carbon dioxide levels crashed. But no academic published any papers on the Sutton vanishing of man made climate change.
Now all companis can use our 50x1cm steam plasma, and generate a carbon neutral 1.2 MW of electricity. The carbon neutral heat and power for four medium sized organisations.
Who then ceased to learn or oil and gas! Instead get the virtually free electricity and heat.
So home use can set up a plasma power plant in the garden shed, and get carbon neutral heat and electricity for ever. From two little water ever to measure! And the annual check for six million UK pounds - 50% more than the annual lifetime's income for the working man.
