We do the electrolysis of regular water and separate water into hydrogen and oxygen gases.  We run a Carnot refrigeration cycle, and condense carbon dioxide out of the air.

We heat the combined carbon dioxide and hygiene gases, are to 400° C - which is strictly not necessary, but we have so much free electricity.

Over a nickel catalyst we form methane and water - the Sabatier process.  Methane is basically natural gas: to which we add a smell.

So we get three methane and today and water is so expensive.  We also get off free water.  The oxygen we call into liquid oxygen.  Which has highly commercial value.

And we get free natural gas!  No 5 feet three the Ukraine from Russia.  We pass it through a honeycomb titanium catalyst, and get off fuel or oil: governed 12 is diesel, and covers 16 is petrol.  So we get of virtually free petrol!
