A share short term cycles of 28 years.  So the natural climate has been cooling predictably since 1995.  Assay as a climate of Mars - atmosphere 98% carbon dioxide.  Cooling like all the planets in the inner solar system.

So the next year 2023 the global climate will start warming again.  Global carbon dioxide around the temperate earth will still be limited by photosynthesis to just two PPM.

So the climatic warming is linked to predictable solar emission cycles.  28 year periods or warming cooling!  There is some suggestion of cycles every 100,000 years.

So the climate will begin warming.  And carbon dioxide levels have been fixed for all the present epoch.   Which began 11,700 years ago

Academics are testing desperately telling carbon dioxide with the climate.  Even though the mineral records show is carbon dioxide levels double the natural ice ages.  Like in the 18th century!

The natural carbon dioxide level lags glaciations by four years.  So the ice age happens, and never next four years carbon dioxide reacts!  It is some reduction in plant life.

Into carbon dioxide does affect the climate, its level would lead climatic changes.  The carbon dioxide rises four years into an ice age.

And they have bought off academics!  Not one will mention that nuclear power is criminally under insured.  As science and education in particular is heavily dependent on the research planning they get from nuclear power.

There is no and no global reprocessing capability for nuclear waste - since Windscale shut down.  It was known as Sellafield before its nuclear incident in the 1950s.

But every nuclear power plant is built using masses of concrete.  Produced using a fossil fuel burn on limestone.  To produce concrete.  Using uranium nuclear fission rods as a heat source, would make dangerously radioactive concrete.

Which makes an active nuclear power building programme mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions: nuclear power is so very much not carbon zero!  The plant's tended to move up by national governments, so charge to the requirement to have adequate insurance cover.

Every operating nuclear power plant today knees insurance cover of 100 billion.  I must implement an immediate stop and never restart!

So next year the weather will stop warming.  Carbon still static!  Nuclear power still a massive carbon source.  RSVP

Replacing oil burning

Burning oil or gas does a little molecular nuclear fusion.  It is one of the oldest way he mankind found out had to nuclear fusion on earth.  It is not the best!

A steam plasma is a far simpler system!  Every 3 minutes around the world there is a lightening strike.  That releases X rays and visible light as it does A plasma burn.

I am not sure that we get molecular nuclear fusion.  It does not matter!  We turn carbon dioxide and steam into hydrocarbons.

That sucks in carbon dioxide to form, and then releases the same carbon dioxide and steam when burnt.  I am sure the burning of four hydrocarbons all carbohydrates does do nuclear fusion.

So engineering company is can use large gas holder type reactors chambers, to unburden carbon dioxide and steam to form oxygen and methane.

The methane is basically natural gas.  We can convert into pure if we wish.  The oxygen has highly commercial value anyway.

A far simpler idea is to fire up a steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  Which is a static bolt of lightning.  And just does the twice as energetic plasma burn - twice the energy release of molecular nuclear fusion.

5 H₂O+P+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) A 50x1cm glass cylinder will release a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  A commercially sourced steam turbine will convert into warm 0.2 MW of mains electricity.

Burning oil or gas only releases 45 kW/m from the oil or gas burner.  At pressure!  But oil and gas or so overpriced.  Whereas water is basically free!  We only need 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water to freeze 2.3 MW for a full year!

Suddenly opaque looks very stupid!  So do a plasma on regular steam is so much more energetic and totally nontoxic.

Involving are producing no radioactive substances!  Totally safe free carbon zero power.

Is all through nature, but there is so much to learn. Oxford are talking about firing a high powered laser through an H plasma.

This will give a lot of research years, but it will not give the world nuclear fusion – which is what they got the £1 billion to give the world.

You are far better off with an H plasma tube: This is like a fluorescent, but filled with H gas, rather than Na vapour. I think we can top up with water, to generate steam which will do molecular nuclear fusion: But what do I know.

Certainly the H plasma will give us nuclear fusion with a small driving current. We are talking about 2 amps generating 100 MWatts!

The exact driving current will vary with pressure. We may even get to the pressure where we require no driving current, so once started the H plasma tube drives itself.

Certainly we will get as tube which liberates power, by turning H gas into He! OK, we put in power to start the tube, then we add more H gas, and get pure power out.

No CO2, and none of the toxic death of present nuclear power. I thought of this idea at Sheffield University, so they are going to get me working on the tube ASAP.

No. Nuclear Power has control of all universities through the funding agencies, so academia would prefer YOUTUBE did not tell anybody how to do nuclear fusion for free!

None of the plant CERN or Oxford University wants. You could build a fusion plant in your garage this week end.

And save life. And fix the climate. All with no academic input. Becau7se not even Sheffield has dared to comment. This is a shame, as my old PhD supervisor, Prof Zimmerman, is a very smart guy, whose input would have been worth having. His comments to me about nuclear fusion and turbulence is where the idea of steam plasma came from.

H plasma came up, and do more nuclear fusion, but steam plasma are easier to work with, and easier to top up.

 So nuclear power wrote off Chernobyl as caused by aged Russian equipment, and didn’t talk about 3 Mile Island at all! Then had to get the ecologists on side, so spent $50 million over the next 25 years, getting tame academics to write articles about the hazards of burning carbon fuel. Now though the world is cooling, as Russia releases more CO2! And the seas are not rising.

 Which is a shame. As warming and rising sea levels were the big predictions of Global Warming. It was a simple theory: More CO2, hotter and higher seas. Now we are getting sea levels maybe falling, and the world is cooler.

 So wrong: Before you ask, there was a record low tide in Scotland in 2003. Which you were not told about! The only news you get is from nuclear power, filtering out all the global cooling, and only giving you the stories they can give a Global Warming spin to. The ice age is next! Can’t wait to see how that is proof of the world warming.

 You may gather I was doing a PhD into this phantom science in 2001. And calling it ‘phantom science’ is why it was put on hold! I did find out how to use a boiling cycle to do molecular nuclear fusion. So we can generate all our heat and power from water. Green plants in the light do it. As do water falls, breaking waves, water boilers and animals all day.

 It’s most toxic product is He3, which has a half time of 0.04 seconds. So it decays before it leaves the plant. So no CO2, and no toxic death! Surf this blog or more details. Which nuclear power has chosen not to tell you!
