My understanding of the Hippocratic oath, is are no Dr. Is allowed to prescribe knowingly defective medicines.  Are they are struck off and loose Health Insurance.  But drug companies are voluntarily sign the Hippocratic oath.

They are then required to validate and use of new medicine.  Ceasing to make and sell the old and now defective medicines.

Higher up nurses also take the full Hippocratic oath.  Are required to transmit best medicine to lower down nurses.  Who are then bound by the nightingale pledge - as are Physicians.

They are globally prohibited from assisting a minister defective medicines.  SO IN 2002 the Moffitt cancer centre published the use of High Intensity UltraSound to clear all 200 cancers out there.

1 minute of e.g. 8 W 1 MHz ultrasound, to where it hurts clears all cancers.  Every registered Dr. Bought and validated an 8 W 3 MHZ unit.  Which may be quicker!  Stop as the patient reports warming, and yanks away.
