We grow Bio diesel or a house today and then pass the e.g. rapeseed oil, through four layers of aluminium honeycomb catalysts, and we get Bio petrol.  Crucially it talk in six months ago air the carbon dioxide released when burnt.

So it is a carbon neutral fuel.
