I have never lived in flats!  I have always rented all now own a house.  These ideas came out of PH D work at Sheffield University 2000.  Which got suddenly ended, as they realised in horror I could cure manmade global warming - which is ended naturally five years previously.

And man made climate change would not be devise an idea for another five years.  I wrote up my ideas on geothermal hot water, and really gave the idea no more work.  Manchester the cancer all drill down 1.5kms, but never hit the river of geothermal water and gave up.

The should have used ground sonar, to locate a suitable underground magma chamber.  And then use to steerable drill to ensure they hit the pockets.

We are looking at an endless source of carbon free water out of 120° C.  We pass through a power generator, I have free hot water for space heating.  After the flak leading scandal hit the UK, this idea is better than I ever.

They want to extrusion IEven oxide into fibers, and we've years in two a metal oxide and mesh, this will provide non flammable thermal insulation.  So cheap, and totally fire safe.

The cheapest way to get out carbon neutral heat and power, is to fire off a steam plasma.  This is the power of lightning!

So the turbulent interaction of rain or snow particles in storms the so the creation of a mine you to amount of helium and oxygen ions.  Plus associated electrons.  The positive charge collects above the clouds layer, the negatively charged electrons fall to the ground.

But hydrogen ions also bond with neutrons.  And to neutrals will convert regular hydrogen into tritium: which undergoes nuclear fission almost instantly, into heat light and X rays.  So all the water molecules can potentially end up as heat light and X rays.

So every lightening volts makes five tonnes of helium ions.  Which equates to an energy release of 2.5x10³̾W our carbon neutral heat.  But our enclosed steam plasma is twice as dynamic!

So a 50x1cm steam plasma at four atmospheres will release a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  We sit in a water boiler, and freeze 1.2 MW of carbon neutral DC Power: we use by electronics to convert into phase linked mains AC electricity.

Suddenly were generating the electricity for 150 houses.  Two blocks of flats!  And the can use the exit steam after the turbine, to provide free space heating for safe houses.

Near unlimited steam at 680° C, eight atmospheres pressure.  Which will drive a central heating boiler room peak time!  Providing free space heating, for houses or receive our carbon neutral electricity.

Within salford, like all major conurbations, there are blocks of flats.  But now we can have a small plasma power plant in the cellar, generating excess electricity for the flats,

We are probably looking at an annual income from the national grid over two million UK pounds a year - for our excess current.

And we get three massive space heating!  Totally carbon neutral hot water.  All provided by the little half metre steam plasma.

So we get free flat heating and electricity.  We link own an income from the National Power grid!  Flats get to be so rich.
