There is no natural climate change - otherwise known as weather.  But after the Chernobyl incident in 1986 nuclear power publicised the idea of man made climate change.  Being linked to carbon dioxide.

The confirmation work here was done by my American contact Brett.  He found that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma generates a constant 1 MW of heat.  As it burns the regular water into just heat the light, and potentially lower power X rays!
