A totally carbon neutral free Energy System.  Involving no nuclear processes!  We turn regular water into heat light and X rays.  No solid radioactive waste!  And very nearly free electricity.

The actual come dioxide as the air.  And we can do the electrolysis of water to get a hydrogen gas.  We heat the carbon dioxide and hydrogen, and pass it over and aluminium catalest.

When we burn natural gas, we actually do regular nuclear fusion.  The idea of a fellow PH D student at Sheffield University 2000.

Burning the carbon atoms actually takes in heat.  It is only the steam plasma which does matter the exothermic heat generation.
