I very nearly died in a car accident 1988.  Out that ommon as work in it in the city of London.  The doctors get me two weeks to live!  I am still here.

2000 and I was doing a PH D at Sheffield University into nuclear fusion.  Where despite the academic convention, I discovered how lightening did nuclear fusion on earth 2001.  At least in the air!  Down to -50° C above the arctic ice pack.

Sheffield release me to do a medical Ph.D. at Cambridge University.  As I super was alarmed to find out I was working on idea of using high intensity ultrasound to clear the foreign pressurise structure common to cancers plus viral and bacterial infections.

I actually spent two and 1/2 years writing up my ideas in a book on Lulu.  For only two months ago air or they gave me a four publishing contract.  My eight book into print!

My American friend validated 2018, that the steam plasma was a carbon zero source of heat and light.

We could hire a little steam turbine for 12,000 UK pounds a month.  Getting an annual income of 1.5 million.  So again we can fly the unit air write the first month.

We are now getting ½ MW of carbon zero power.  Any company wants only 20 kW.  So we are freezing a massive amount of excess power and income!  Somewhere around 600,000 UK pounds a month.

For producing all that lovely carbon zero electricity.  Which he sell to the national grid!  Massively undercutting oil and gas burning.  Nuclear power knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion a year, since Fukushima.

So all for 122 nuclear plant so around the world, operating criminally under insured.  Carried just 50 million of annual insurance.  Needing 100 billion a year.  The most criminal under insured industry ever!

And fortunately the most hyper toxic industry ever.  But now people can employ a plasma power plant at home, to try massive carbon zero electricity, and that massive annual income!

Without any oil or gas burner.  And definitely no hyper toxic nuclear power.

On Mars there should be a circulating river of deep water.  Kept liquid by the massive heat production from physical molecular nuclear fusion.  Going on in the deep around Mars, as it does on earth.

Supporting massive vibrant ecosystem is in the Martian interior.  Where the physical molecular nuclear fusion, produces heat, this or light and oxygen.  Energy with no direct sunlight!

The same process goes supports life on Uranus or Neptune.  It also means that there may be a vibrant ecosystems, going on today around the magma layer on earth.  We should go look!

Do breast implants stop bullets?

The SNP in Scotland, act as if they owned the north sea oil.  It is owned by the UK!  With the English money, they could never afforded to extract it!  And Scotland is massively in debt to the rest or the UK.

Block Grant funding for the Scottish Government is the highest since devolution began at around £41 billion a year for 2022-2025. This means that for every £100 per person the UK Government spends in England on matters devolved to Scotland, the Scottish Government will receive around £126 per person in Scotland.

So the TV programme 'digging for Britain' show the archaeological remains of a tree bark shield.  Which should normally decay within a century.  That carbon dated to her 1000 years ago air.  To 800 PC.  But it was in a river.  So the carbon date he is not reliable.

Again apology is for my fellow engineers for taking advantage of your metallurgical knowledge.  Aluminium is massively cheaper and more effective!

My car accident was 1988, so volatile and a ballot on my PH D at Sheffield, was to of years previously.  The lawyers can we are inappropriate mental health receivership,

But I was discharged from the court of protection 1994.  Yet my affairs and still managed by a lawyer accountant.  I have not kicked off about this!

Medics at happens I have the email for the repation court of human rights in Strasbourg.  For my cancer interests.  So I fired off an evil this evening to my solicitors and the European courts.  Pointing out to keep me in total ignorance on my own financial affairs, was against human rights.

This really should be taken up by the lawyers in Sheffield!  The ending of my PH D studies was never legal or appropriate.  I can't and evolve in fact within 4 hours, doesn't it what documents I needed!

I a pointed out that since my father's death 18 months ago, I was in total ignorance on my advances.  I of 6000 words into my new book.

When you burn natural gas, actually oxidising the carbon takes in a loss of the heat.  But we fire up a steam plasma, and this turns regular steam into helium and oxygen gases, with massive heat and even X rays.

So we have a carbon zero heat source.  22 times as dynamic as burning of oil and gas.  Utilising a plasma at a stroke water molecules into massive heat, with light and lower power X rays.  All totally carbon zero!  Utilising two little water ever to measure in a lifetime!

My friend steam plasma will shine for the rest of his life!  Releasing massive heat and light.

So we immerse it in a water boiler.  And produce steam at 800° C8 atmospheres pressure.  And generate 1.2 MW of carbon zero electricity.  Or we can use a commercially sourced thermoelectric generator and use 75 kW of carbon zero electricity.

All regular houses meters 8 kW of electrical power on Christmas day.  So the national grid will pay us 210,000 UK pounds a year, for our excess current.

We utilised the exit steam to provide free space heating for the local area.  Again totally carbon zero.  Nuclear power made up man made global warming after Chernobyl in 1986.

To justify their existence!  At that stage every 100 MW nuclear power plant needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion.  No insurance above one billion is available.

So they do thriving the nuclear regulator to look the other way!  The most massive corporate crime in history.  Hence 2010 and Japan nuclear experienced Fukushima.

The required insurance then became 100 billion.  But nuclear power bills its plants using loads and loads of concrete.

Produced using a fossil fuel burn on limestone.  To drive of the carbon dioxide!  Making an active nuclear power building programme man cannot fourth largest source of carbon dioxide.

So nuclear power is so not carbon zero!  In contrast are steam plasma is carbon zero, or very nearly.  Utilising no enriched uranium.  The plasma enriches its own water isotopes.

So the plasma burns regular water into massive heat with light and lower power X rays.  All totally carbon neutral!  And so very nearly cost free.

So the garage hobbyist can produce 75 kW of carbon zero electricity.  Getting a income of 210,000 UK pounds a year.

So the next uel by a little steam turbine, and generate 1.2 MW of carbon zero electricity.  From a garden shed!  Utilising no fossil fuel burn.  Burning two little regular water ever to measure in a lifetime.

Or set off by the ideas of professor Z into nuclear fusion.  Or rather the ideas of Dr. Z.  Where nuclear power bought him a of the chair of Chemical Engineering, he lost interest in nuclear fusion!

Who tragically died 2015, as the university medics medicated his cancer.  So he died within two years!  One external application of e.g. 8 W 1 MHz ultrasound, would have cleared all 200 types of human cancer.  But he preferred to trust the medics!  With fatal consequences.

So if we have a 1mx2cm steam plasma at four atmospheres, we get a constant 8.6 megawatts of carbon zero heat.

My PH D supervisor at Sheffield would never try out a steam plasma!  It was left to my contact in the U.S..  He was on benefits!

He found that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma at an been pressure, release a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  The xray emissions and light were not recorded!

So at 24 of my im x1cm steam plasma is at four atmospheres, would run 100 MW power station.  Or through a steam plasma would have taken 30-120 W of external current to maintain the 1 MW of heat generation.

And here we drive a steam turbine.  We replace the oil or gas burners, by steam plasma cylinder is immersed in a water boiler.  They will require 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year to maintain the plasma pressure.  They can add water the Lir a hypodermic needle in the plasma.

So conventional power goes totally carbon zero.  We do not even need to use all out concrete, to construct a concrete constructed engineering plant that must be replaced every 25 years.

So we get paid to be free conventional power.  We burn no over priced oil or gas.  I use the water is so miniscule, we will struggle to measure it in reality!  The number of quoted had to be back calculated.

And a all day in daylight hours, photosynthesis six carbon dioxide air to the air.  Down to the current level of two parts per million.

In the Jurassic photosynthesis was less efficient: the limit is it is sinking the free radical oxygen gas produced by the nuclear fusion.

From personal experience the key to working steam turbine, we emit red light!  Our wishes no chemical source.  Neither is there a chemical source of helium and X rays.  And no source of radioactive decay!

The ⁱ³carbon is contained within the boiler room, 10 metres away from the turbine.  In the turbine we have water in turbulent flow.  Annie get the emission of light and X rays!  Plus production of helium gas, of which there is no chemical source.

This is interesting engineering!  Professor Z have said nothing - as its chair a an economic future depends on the research money from hyper toxic uranium nuclear power.  Who surveyed did not want clean safe and nontoxic nuclear fusion developing.

My American contact fired up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma, and got a constant carbon neutral 1 MW of heat.  My calculations had indicated that a 50x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres should release a constant 2.4 MW of heat.  Pretty damn consistent!

So if we immerse the steam plasma in a water boiler, we free use a steam at 800° C and eight atmospheres pressure.  So efficient to generate 500 kW of carbon neutral power - from the 30 cm steam plasma.

That is a carbon neutral power for 60 houses!  Involving no fossil fuel burn.  Involving no radioactive isotopes.  Producing no plutonium and strontium.

Existing uranium nuclear power requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion, for 100 MW power station: since Fukushima experience a triple core meltdown in Japan.  Germany and Japan have banned nuclear fusion in their territories: the an insurable technology of hades.

The world let's consortia including EDF construct its nuclear plants.  We let the cheese eating surrender monkey's, choir possibly the worst engineers in the world, construct the most hyper toxic ensuring constructions ever.

Each 100 MW power station needing insurance cover of 100 billion.  Or the United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth: which is why it suddenly the UN has been bought off to host annual climate conferences.

They are constructing a uranium nuclear power plant, uses massive amounts of concrete.  Produced via a fossil fuel burn playing on to limestone.  Making an active nuclear plant building programme mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.  Very much not carbon neutral!

Emitting in two years the equivalent carbon emissions from a commercial power for 25.  And after 25 years we demolish the nuclear plant!  During every year of its operation in knees in fossil insurance cover of 100 billion.  There is no commercially available insurance above one billion.

So the garage santis can fire up a 30cm the steam plasma in a glass cylinder, and get a 1 MW of carbon neutral heat.  Driving a commercially sourced steam turbine to freeze 500 kW of carbon neutral mains electricity.

Involving no fossil fuel burn!  Totally carbon neutral.  No 18 billion power plant required.  A plasma power plant will cost under 2000 UK pounds.

Small engineering companies came give the plant's away to everybody.  In exchange for the first three days of income from the national grid.  And we are talking about an annual income of three million UK pounds annually.

So the engineering firm turns a very respectable profit!  And giving the world carbon neutral power.

Professor Argent died, still waiting for the first academic explanation of how a static trace gas could affect anything.  The was photosynthesis during the day on land and sea, converts extra carbon dioxide produce five burning fossilised life, into active biological life on earth today.

Sucking the carbon dioxide as the air!  Over the arctic ice In winter, there is no active photosynthesis.  Carbon dioxide levels spiked at 4 PPM.  Air temperature -50° C.  Then the spring comes, and it air air can reach a barmy 10° C.

And carbon dioxide falls to the temperate average of just 2 PPM.  A static trace gas affects nothing!  Carbon dioxide does not even reach stratosphere - where our weather is made.

And a every nuclear plant knees that insurance cover of 100 billion a year.  Or the United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.

We can all convert over to carbon zero plasma power plants.  12 1m x1cm steam plasma is at four atmospheres, will happily run 100 MW power plant.  Totally carbon zero.

Not involving any fossil fuel burn!  No tonnes of concrete required!  So absolutely no carbon dioxide production.

So carbon dioxide around the temperate earth is capped by nature at 2 PPM.  Static gases affects nothing!  Manmade global warming climate change are simply nuclear biological impossibilities!

Any santis is ever agreed with manmade global warming climate change, she was so obviously never have been in education at any level.  They are under qualified to run a primary school milk round.

They don't even write very good science fiction!

All cancer deaths 10 million fine

And the only uses 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year, to freeze a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  We get light and heat with no fossil fuel burn, and absolutely no nuclear processes.

Present uranium nuclear power uses uranium to drive a steam cycle - and steam cycle is more dynamic than the uranium nuclear fission.  Tragically they produce plutonium and other dangerous radioactive isotopes like strontium.

And every 25 years around the world, a nuclear plant will experience a triple core meltdown.  And spraying radioactive materials across the local continent!  Like Chernobyl did 1986.  The worst nuclear accident/incident in history.

No Fukushima 2010, would argue they were worse!  After Chernobyl every nuclear power plant needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion.  There being no commercial source of insurance above one billion.

So they carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  After Fukushima every nuclear plant needed to carry an impossible 100 billion of annual insurance cover.

Fukushima will bankrupt the Japanese economy for the rest of recorded history!  The Chinese and Japanese have a strong national hatred of each other.  Yet nuclear power is desperately trying to sell nuclear plant's to China.

But without annual insurance of 100 billion, no nuclear plant around the world can offer at illegally.  Even those polled by national governments before 1986, must shut down and not restart.

Enforced by the United Nations: which mysteriously is hosting annual conference is on carbon dioxide and the weather.  Ignoring the fact that nuclear power stations, employee a fossil fuel burn on limestone to free use of concrete.

Releasing in two years the carbon equivalent from a commercial power plant in 25 years!  And after 25 years the nuclear plant should be demolished: Fukushima demonstrates what happens if you continue to run a nuclear power plant - the engineers' design a all to wear out after 25 years.

And engineers do not have a design anything!  So every nuclear power plant on earth as he approaches is 25th birthday must be shut down.  In actual fact the insurance problem means that every operating nuclear power plant should have been shut down 1986.

Nuclear power paid the national radiation regulators, to make nuclear power plants illegally to carry on operating after Chernobyl.

The steam plasma generates a massive carbon neutral heat.  My American contact fired up a 30x1.5 steam plasma at atmospheric pressure, using the electronics from old fluorescent light to start the plasma off, and got 1 MW of carbon neutral heat.

7 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L...X-ray) so I constant 1 MW of carbon neutral heat.  Presumably he had to supply 20 W of electrical current, to maintain the plasma: as the plasma will self sustain above three atmospheres in pressure.  Hence I recommend 4!

So we use the steam plasma to boil off water in a boiler chamber.  Which will exit the boiler at 800° C 8 atmospheres pressure - as an estimate.

Which will drive a commercially sourced steam turbine, to freeze 500 kW of carbon neutral electricity.  The turbine installed by the Power Electronics, to synchronise the AC with the mains voltage frequency and phase.

So we take off 8 kW for our enemies.  And sell the rest to the national grid.  Whose sense us an annual check for six million UK pounds.  We use the exit steam to drive a space heating system.

So we get the central heating hot water for 150 houses, with no coal, oil or gas burn.  And remember we are getting the carbon neutral electricity for 150 houses.  Converted into phase are linked mains AC current, in the UK at mains frequency.  250 Hertz.

So we ceasing to void gas and electricity.  Selling a massive excess of carbon neutral electrical current, to the national grid.  Getting 50% more income every year, than lifetimes income for the average working man.

So we get six million UK pounds every year.  Good luck on spending that.  Though there are always need the charities and good causes.  There are only so many nice holidays we can take.

So carbon dioxide is not a warming gas.  The planets in inner solar system are heated by a predictable solar emission cycles.  Which have a short term oscillation of 28 years.

So the earth climate has been cooling since 1995.  It will next warm 2023.  What ever carbon dioxide does!  In actual fact nature In it at just two PPM.  And static trace gases affects nothing.

And now we can adopt plasma power plants, and produce totally carbon neutral electricity.  That does not topple biology is carbon cycle.  Just turning regular water into heat, light and X rays.
