So medium sized business, conserns can run a plasma power plant in a room, and yet the carbon neutral electricity for four businesses.  What ever else it it does not really matter!  They get an annual check for four million UK pounds.  For that lovely carbon neutral power.

And the steam plasma shines with heat light, and if we set the pressure low enough no X rays, it will replace missing sun light.

Hotels on the coast can set up a grid of steam plasma tubes, and light and heat the beach for free.  In the house sell the air set up A plasma power plant in the cellar, so I have got out costs free carbon neutral electricity.  What a saving!

The national grid is no kidding so much phase locked carbon neutral mains electricity, they are ceasing to buy electricity from conventional or nuclear power plants.

Every nuclear facility in use the same annual insurance cover of 100 billion - even in France or Belgium.  They carry a criminally insufficient 6o million euros.  So a criminally under insured!  No insurance above one billion UK pounds is available.

Without adequate insurance, they cannot legally a cell they are criminal electricity to the UK.  The nuclear power plant must have adequate insurance cover.  To be our to sell electricity anywhere.

Everybody can set up their own plasma power plant, and the national grid will family do it as excess of electrical power.  Which you can sell to Europe!  Totally carbon neutral and using no impossible insurance.

And all this was established science in the 1980s!  1986 and Chernobyl happened in the Ukraine, and the required nuclear insurance rose to 40 billion.  Every nuclear power plant in the world started operating illegally under insured.
