Water should be free

The best way and to turn sea and river water, into drinkable fuel water, is to apply vacuum to it.  As all that high school physics teacher had delighted in showing me at high school, if you apply vacuum to hot water from a tap, it will boil!

Losing all salts and contaminants!  We were just love with pure H₂O.  Pure than Perrier or spring water!

And 1 Watt vacuum is very simple to produce!  The equivalent of walking up three stares at home.  We utilise it 20 kW solar powered vacuum pump.  Or in countries without much sunlight, a little weaned turbine.  Or failing that 1 W of electrical power - an almost trivial amount of power.

Groups of farmers can band together, and established a vacuum pump to a local river or even the sea.  And suck out the purest water.  Ideal for irrigation all watering the animals.

Most of the electricity is used, to pump the water vapour to a high water storage.  Actually boiling off water is trivial!  We may wish to cite metal fins, at the base of the water pipe, to assist with water evaporation.

In the hot countries this produces a little cold.  But the main cooling effect is from the action of the water stimulated plant growth.  Which ties up solar radiation to plant photosynthesis.

Excreting the oxygen, animals need to breathe in to do the slow matter burn.  To get a energy all day and night.

So plants during the day utilised the ultraviolet light to fix carbon dioxide into carbohydrates of life.  Emitting a faint blue light and X rays at the same time.

Animals breathe in the surplus oxygen, and combine it the carbohydrates to get other residual nuclear fusion energy.  Life on earth is driven by nuclear fusion on earth.
