Burning oil or gas, does molecular nuclear fusion.

So oxidising the carbon radical, it takes in energy!  The energy, light and X ray emission comes from the nuclear fusion we are doing!  This idea was taught me by a fellow PH D student at Sheffield University 2001.

But oxygen is us reactive than a hydrogen.  Into the Sebatier equation!  Where we had a hydrogen gas to carbon dioxide and for methane and water.  Which is used on the space shuttle, as a source of water.

As a source of energy, as though we use a steam plasma.  Which is carbon neutral heat - a steam turbine will turn into carbon neutral electricity.

3 H₂O+P+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) so we get a carbon neutral 2.4 MW of heat.  Which are turbine will convert into 1.2 MW our carbon neutral electrical power.  No fossil fuel burn and no radioactive processes involved!  No radioactive waste produced.

This is a carbon neutral heat for 150 houses.  Why would ever wish to burn or oil or gas I do not know!  After steam turbine the steam is still at 680° C, ideal for the space heating in the same 150 houses.

If we are really deviant, they can use the electrolysis of water to form hydrogen.  There as the flame carbon dioxide and high June will react to warm methane and water.  We can separate out, they get an endless supply of  methane - natural gas.

Company is can produce all the natural gas they need, and sell the excess to the gas main - which cancer the carbon neutral fuel.  As it sucks Ian the carbon dioxide to form methane, as releases an burn to high pressure.

So no piping of Russia methane through the Ukraine.  Natural gas prices are about to crash peak time!  Or oil prices are also committed decline terminally.

We pump the meaning through honeycomb titanium catalyst, and liked fuel oil drips out.  I repeat the titanium trick, and end up with carbon12 - diesel oil.  Or precede on to carbon 16 - almost free petrol!
