The Lights That Changed Everything

Scene: Blackpool promenade at night. The Illuminations are glowing faintly. Enter DEREK, a fiercely proud Yorkshire man, and GEMMA, an eco-enthusiast from Manchester.

GEMMA: You dragged me here on a Tuesday, Derek. I thought we were going to see your steam plasma thingy—not fairy lights powered by nostalgia.

DEREK (grinning): Ey up, lass. Patience. The lights tonight are powered by my idea. No coal, no gas, no guilt. Just steam and Yorkshire grit!

GEMMA: Right. So you built a steam turbine out of your mum’s kettle?

DEREK: Don't be daft. It’s a proper setup. Thirty cylinders, steam plasma boiling water faster than me running from a parking fine.

GEMMA: You? Running? More like a leisurely amble powered by strong tea and indignation.

(Suddenly, the lights flicker, then blaze brighter than ever before.)

DEREK (puffing proudly): There. Powered by H₂O and elbow grease. Blackpool shining like the beaches of Mauritius—all without a lick of fossil fuel.

GEMMA: Mauritius? Mate, that’s bold. You’ve turned Blackpool into a tropical fantasy—minus the coconuts.

DEREK: We’ve got donkeys. Close enough.

(Enter MAYOR BAINES, flustered but impressed.)

MAYOR BAINES: Derek! What in Saint Elmo’s spark is this?

DEREK: Carbon zero illumination, Mayor. That machine’s generating 1.5 megawatts of pure magic. And all we used was steam... and Yorkshire thrift.

MAYOR BAINES: Thrift? You charged me £1,300 a month for a rented turbine!

DEREK: Ay, but we bought it in month one. Classic Yorkshire move—spend once, brag forever.

(Crowds gather, dazzled by the display.)

GEMMA: You’ve done it, Derek. Blackpool’s got a glow-up, and the planet gets a breather.

DEREK (winking): And I get my face on a plaque, right under “Powered by stubbornness.”

MAYOR BAINES: Or maybe “The man who lit up the North—without lighting a match.”

(They all laugh as fireworks powered by excess turbine energy go off. Derek flinches.)

DEREK: Blimey, should’ve added earplugs to the budget...

Free house heating and cooling

Free heat & cold - carbon 0

We utilised regular air.  We take in the regular air, and accept that the only cool the air water will precipitate out.  This is why people use a refrigerant gas.  Which tends to be toxic!

And use a secondary heat exchanger to dissipate the heat or cold.  We just produce almost free hot or cold air.  And except it will exit the house when it has given up its heat or cold.

When we increase the pressure on air, it gets mad hot!  Heating up by 270° C.  We lose this heat to a body water, or by an aluminium helix, to the air.  Really want access to A small river or lake.  A frozen duck pond in winter will do.

In the summer we lose their heat to the water of air remote from the house, and then have a cold blast of air into the house.  It may be too cold.  So we also include regular air in the air we exit to the house.

So we get a gentle free use of cold air.  Instead of a blast of polar air.  I have a friend with the world being set, building the air trial unit.

We use aluminium to call the air in the free air.  Forming it around a barrel.  In a water we need stainless steel.  Preformed into the helix when we buy it.

We use the standard planning attachments.  Which screwed together!  And those you also a handy with the world a unit.

In the winter we turn the system on its head.  And feed low pressure air into the helix in the open air or a body water.  When we pressurise the air it gets mad hot!

And we have a lovely warm or cool house, what ever the weather outside is doing.  We may decide to cite a steam plasma cylinder above the garden, which acts as a little sun.   Promoting plant growth all day and night all year.

And plants eat carbon dioxide all day.  Or with my system 24 hours a day.  Excreting the oxygen animals need to breathe in.  Building plant biomass.  Sucking the carbon dioxide out of the air.

There in the temperate earth photosynthesis on land and sea, professor buildup of carbon dioxide in the temperate air.  Above the arctic ice In winter we have had twice the carbon dioxide - four parts per million.

Nuclear under insured

As I a pointed out in 1982 on my engineering degree, nuclear power is under insured!  As even before Chernobyl in 1986.  Required insurance then rose to 40 billion: there is no commercially available insurance above one billion.

Then in 2010 and Tokyo nuclear experience the Fukushima.  And liqui insurance rose to 100 billion.  The German into power - the best engineers in the world, both renounced hyper toxic and an insurable uranium nuclear power.

We let EDF in consortia build nuclear plants.  We let the world's leading to use E. Ting surrender monkey's build the most dangerous engineering facilities ever.

But without adequate insurance nuclear plant should not get an operating licence.  So the day he Tony Blair privatize British nuclear, every nuclear plant had to carry their own insurance.  And became unnsurable and illegal!

You do the arithmetic, and find out there in an insured nuclear industry would have to charge of the 2000 UK pounds per kilowatt hour of generative power.  Conventional power costs just eight UK pounds!  0.08 UK pounds.

And the insurance is not available!  So every nuclear power plant on earth must perform an immediate an irrevocable stop.  Hit the big red button!  They can never restart, so no gradual three day decline is allowed.

Green plants take in all the extra carbon dioxide.  And build plant biomass.  An extra 0.0004% plant life around the temperate earth every year.  Man's burning of fossil fuels used a much less important than a local volcanic eruption or forest fire.

Building a nuclear power plant releases in two years, the carbon equivalent of orporation conventional power plant for 25 years: it is all that fossil fuel burn on limestone and to produce a concrete.  After all who would want radioactive concrete!  Burning fossil fuels only releases a little amount of X rays.

The most toxic and under insured Energy System ever.  Is production of plutonium or strontium, produces radioactive waste which remains lethal for 100,000 years.  And there is no storage capabilities now around the earth.

So a high levels of neutrons in the deep earth, clas of plutonium to fission - so there is no natural source of plutonium.  We have to make it in a nuclear core!  We are left with just ²³⁶uranium.  Which is less radioactive!  But will still undergo nuclear fission, when we use Americanium to release neutrons.

So can just use a steam burn of regular water to freeze heat to 80 times the dynamism of uranium nuclear fission.

So we fire up steam into a plasma, we have started using the high voltage electronics from a fluorescent light.  It turns regular water into massive heat the son light and lower power X rays.

No radioactive waste!  The clean air natural carbon zero Energy System.  Every year nature gets 10⁴⁰W of heat from this Energy System, done by D. C. currents or waterfalls around the earth.

It only gets 10⁶⁰W from direct solar radiation.  So he can fire up a 50x1 CM steam plasma are four atmospheres, and get Ed 2.4 MW of heat.  We generate 1.2 MW of carbon free electricity - from a commercially sourced little steam turbine.

We produce carbon zero heat for free.  With no radioactive waste!  Using in 2000 UK pounds plasma power plant, rather than an 18 billion UK for a nuclear power plant.

We utilised of use any radioactive materials!  And water is effectively free!  We do not even need a heavy water.  The plasma enriches its own hydrogen isotopes.

So now or every university physics to plant on earth, will be researching molecular nuclear fusion.  Even Sheffield University, where I devised the idea - are from the researching it quietly in a distant room.

So a plasma burn is free, non nuclear carbon zero heat and power.
