Which wishes to be called 'Turlkiye'.  Which is Torkey light!  Presumably to distance itself from the country reach for it Europe after the dark ages.  By preserving the knowledge of ancient Greeks.  Well good luck.

Turkey is founded by the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.  So it is ideally located to use my idea of travelling the heat of the daytime air, into a body of water.

We pressurise a pure gas, like Amonia, and loses heat via a stainless steel helix in the seas.

We then pump this cool gas, to above a town or city.  As he vent the gas, the pressure and temperature of the gas falls!  We drive a captive gas turbine, to generate the electricity needed to run a process.

The coal cancer sucks heat out of the air.  So the toem or city is blanketed by the cold air.  Which is so are welcome in Turkey!  It is free area air conditioning.

We then pump the warm gas back to the coast.  And then pressurise the gas, which gets mad hot!  And we lose this heat to the seas - and around eight years again.  We start the system of at night, using cheap surplus electrical energy.

And the next day for ever, we get a to cool air over Turkey.  And at mid day, we transfer more heat to the seas.  Which boil!  Forming eight required ever increasing rainfall in Turkey.

We have used 1950s technology.  To wet and cool the hot Lands.  When I was in Turkey, I moved within the air conditioning!
