We need to increase the available sunlight, and we already know that heavy rain or snow storms set up a lightening strike - as they do molecular nuclear fusion.

So no oil or gas burn.  Rather than just a feeble 45 kW of heat a one metre row of gas or oil burners produces, a plasma tube produces 2.4 MW of heat.  From a 50x1cm steam plasma.

So a plasma burn from steam, is twice as energetic as molecular nuclear fusion.  The Energy System produces no carbon dioxide, and no hyper toxic radioactive waste.  Going off from regular water.

In lancashire we can erect a grid of plasma tubes, suspended beneath hot air flotation balloons.  We can also have multi Storey farm fields.  As there we supply the R and and free sunlight.

The sun shines 247, 365 days a year!  We can have a second harvest, during what today are the cold dark months.  We had ultraviolet light and heat.  And the plants will grow like crazy!

Make it times a minute farm animals, and use their droppings to fertilise the fields.  We no longer is shut down during snow!  As the extra heat will melt snow and the extra light will support plant growth all year.

What we need to capitalise on the new medicine ions, is a developed mechanised farming technology: which Britain has.

So we double from yields!  And broke away from dependence on natural sunlight.  Steam plasma is acting as miniature free sums.  Using two little water ever to measure!
