Not surprising at all.  Every 3 minutes around the world heavy rain or snow storms the set up a lightening strike as they do molecular nuclear fusion in the air.

The upshot is we can fire up a 50x1cm steam plasma, and get a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  Medium sized engineering companies around the world can confirm the heat generation from a steam plasma.

And link it to a small steam turbine.  In place of or diesel or petrol burn!  And crucially here we generate no carbon dioxide.

There being no commercially available insurance above one billion.  So every nuclear power plant on earth is running criminally under insured.  And the UN has the legal imperative to shut down every such illegal engineering plant.  Uranium nuclear power is so not carbon zero!

Are plasma power plant is!  Generating an annual income from the National Power grid of six million UK pounds a year.  Supply the carbon neutral electricity for 150 houses.

The exit steam were provide the space heating for the same 150 dwellings.  Who go off grid for electricity and gas.

In the cold regions of the world over winter, all people are dying from cold!  They have a choice of heating the house or eating.

Medium sized engineering company is can sell them a plasma power plant.  Which will pay back 100 times over in a week!  After which the concrete signs over the power to the house owner.  Who then gets free electricity and heat for ever.  Utilising just 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.

Amazing no carbon dioxide from their house or remote power plant.  They are gone and totally carbon neutral.  Annie get three heat and power.  No fossil fuel burn and no utilisation of nuclear generated electricity.

The medium sized engineering firm, obviously sets up A plant four times the size.  And get an annual income of 24 million UK pounds.  Generating a plant 6 MW of carbon neutral electricity.

A major power generator!  There no fossil fuel burn our carbon dioxide production!  No use of radioactive materials.  No 18 billion UK pound engineering plant.

Welcome to the heated carbon zero future.  Where power is free!  And nobody in their right mind burns the fossil fuels.  No oil or gas!  Or nuclear power is criminally under insured, and the shut down instantly!
