Every 3 minutes around the world, there is a lightening strike!  Where the turbulent descent of rain or snow particles, has done molecular nuclear fusion.  Setting up the potential difference for a lightening strike.

Present nuclear power requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion per our power plant.  They carry a criminally insufficient 250 million - it was 50 million, until Chernobyl in 1986.  100 million since Fukushima in 2210.

My local MP, Rebecca long Bailey says she has a great interest in carbon neutral electricity.  What he is the answer!  I wait to see what she does with it.
