This idea was taught to me by a fellow PH D student at Sheffield University 2001.  When you fire up a gas or oil flame, it establishes a steam plasma.  Which explains emission of X rays an production of helium gas.

Oxidation of the carbon atom takes in heat!  It is only the nuclear fusion we are doing from the turbulent flow of steam that does nuclear fusion, and they've rates massive heat, helium gas light and X rays.

3 O⁺+4n⁰→4H⁺+3e⁻ the four neutrons are bonded to a helium ions bond at an electron.  Hence the emission of three electrons!  As the protons bond with the heavier atomic elements, and cause them to undergo nuclear fission into light or elements.  Ending up as hydrogen ions.

So a steam plasma is basically eight damped down hydrogen plasma.  The stationing of the oxygen ions into hydrogen ions, takes in heat.

So we King cancer out the carbon fuel and flame, and use accept that a steam plasma is a damp down hydrogen plasma.  And every oxygen strike around the world, every 3 minutes is a 1.5 KM x2cm partial steam plasma.

Which amazingly enough produces helium ions!  As it does molecular nuclear fusion via a steam plasma.

So we see the emission of light and X rays: sure signs of a nuclear processes, and the production of loads and loads of hot steam!  So every lightening strike is nature doing nuclear fusion in the air.

And every lightening strike produces five terms of helium.  Which is an energy release of 2.5X10³⁰ W.  Which tells is how much heat our laboratory steam plasma will liberate.

A 50x1cm glass tube will liberate 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  So this is carbon zero heat!  Invalid no fossil fuel burn and absolutely no nuclear processes.  Present uranium nuclear power knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion per 100 MW power station.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.

The United Nations is under the legal imperative to shut down every operating nuclear power plant in the world.  No legal argument!

The world can change over to a steam plasma power plants.  Every 50x1cm glass plasma at four atmospheres, will release a constant 2.4 MW of heat.  A commercially sourced steam turbine will convert into warm 0.2 MW of carbon neutral mains electricity.

The carbon neutral electrical power for 150 houses.  An income from the national grid of six million UK pounds.  Week in use the exit steam to bribe a space heating for the same houses.

And take the local area of mains gas and electricity.  We synchronise voltage and phase to allow us to sell our excess current to the national grid.  Hence the annual check, for 50% more than a lifetimes earnings of the average man or woman.
