The Arctics need warming

We use 1950s technology, to improve the heat shuttle of the earth.  Off as is arctic cold to warm lands, and for heat to the cold lands.  So the deep sea oceanic currents, shuttle he is around the planet.

And once started, the energy required to keep the farmers operating, is supplied by the warm air rising over a little turbine.  We do we had used the director of the hot gas by 10° C.  There were 300° C!

We can invert the system in the hot lands, to pass the heat via a compressed gas, into the seas.  So we cool the heart lands, where we form a bank of mist!  Cooling are waiting the hot dry land.
