Doubly petrol power

There are billions of petrol and diesel driven engines in the world.  Though produce vehicle locomotion at 8p per mile.  12¢ a mile!  Electric cars charge to the housing cleared for a new engine and then produce the commotion at 4p a mile.

But the batteries reduce in efficiency.  So we require replacing every three years.  Due to the metallurgy are stored at Sheffield University in the 1980s, we can double the efficiency of petrol and diesel engine's.

We can grow Bio diesel.  With entry call the fuel oil burner six honeycomb titanium catalyst, at which we pass natural gas.  We transform the diesel into petrol.

Above the arctic ice In winter, there is no natural photosynthesis.  Carbon dioxide doubles to just four PPM.  Air temperature -50° C!  So carbon dioxide does not have any warming affect on the air.

Then spring comes, and we are back to temperate average of just two PPM.  Man made global warming and the to the climate change, were scientific fiction devised by nuclear power.

Who forgot to do a carbon analysis on itself!  All the concrete used to fill the power plants, releases in two years the carbon emissions free use by commercial power plant in 25 years.  And after 25 years a nuclear plant is decommissioned.

Fukushima demonstrates why nuclear power plant must be totally demolished - as they are accidents waiting to happen after their design life is exceeded.

After Chernobyl the required annual insurance cover for a nuclear power plant was set at 40 billion.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million!  So the United Nations has the invidious task of shutting down every nuclear power plant on earth.

After Fukushima in 2010 the required insurance rose to 100 billion.  Week in utilised A steam plasma in place of uranium nuclear power.

And we half the carbon emissions.  All the climate change protocols since the 2000's, had demanded a 50% reduction in carbon emissions.  Which is what the user titanium will cure!

And we half the cost of running the car.  With no expensive engine and replacement.  No continuing back to charging.  OPEC will not be happy!  As all the world's fuel or oil can now be grown in fields of rapeseed.

And all this was established science and the 1980s.  Even today global photosynthesis limits free carbon dioxide to an afternoon level around the temperate earth of just two parts per million.
