Carbon neutral heat and power

There would obviously want a remote controlled plane, to detonate the nuclear storage space remotely.  Like from another continent!  A nuclear plant goes on producing its non reprocessable nuclear waste.

And a steam plasma is 80 times as dynamic as uranium nuclear power.  And totally nontoxic.  Going off from regular water. 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water every year.  The plasma enriches its own hydrogen isotopes.

So we get non nuclear carbon neutral power.  Involving no fossil fuel burn.  No utilisation of oil or natural gas.  No coal burning.  Just a miniscule volume of regular water.
