Professor Z was the nephew of a professor from Columbia who devised cold fusion.  Ever since every university in the world has been researching molecular nuclear fusion: while keeping quiet about it!  They do not want to lose the research money from nuclear power.  This so do not want nuclear fusion on earth devising.

He suggested that the turbulent flo of high pressure water or steam did nuclear fusion.

So your average water wall over one metre high, already does nuclear fusion on earth.  I would never have got there without Sheffield University.  Who are embarrassed that it is so simple.

Even grass in the light already does molecular nuclear fusion.

The simplest way for man to get at free heat and power, is to fire up a steam plasma.  A 50x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres will release a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.

A commercially sourced steam turbine will convert into 1.2 MW of carbon neutral power.  And the exit steam will still be at 780° C - ideal for an area central heating system.
