All three human history and tacking force has staged military incident, to justify their heavy handed military action!
Ukraine was busy defending itself. The last thing it needed was to provoke an invading army with nuclear weapons. The Nazis' always use a stage such incidents! To justify their over zealous response.
We live in that time of digital recording technology! So when it years the Russian radar trace, are the invading Ukrainian planes? And the Ukrainians would never provoke a response.
They country has been trashed! The last thing they need is to be nuked.
