So the de/DT is technical speak for a high voltage electric field - like from a starter from a fluorescent light.  At just four atmospheres, the plasma will self sustain.  Just as a lightning blinks on at eight atmospheres, and fades out at three atmospheres.

I calculate that we should get 2.4 MW/m of heat from a 50x1cm class tube.  A half metre by 1cm glass cylinder.

Nuclear power runs on about carbon dioxide!  But it bills its power plants using concrete.  Produced using a fossil fuel burn on limestone!  Making nuclear power mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.

Emitting in have to use a power plant construction, the carbon emissions equivalent to running a commercial power plant for 25 years.  Then the nuclear plant is demolished!

But without pades impossible insurance cover of 100 billion, every operating nuclear power plant is in contravention of its planning consent: no planning operation without sufficient insurance cover.

And they carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  Well indeed 100 billion!  Making nuclear power the most toxic and an totally uninsured industry - the most toxic industry in history.  So not carbon neutral!

But all the garage harvest in the world can fire up a steam plasma.  And so why their heat to the central heating system without any fossil fuel burn.  And no nuclear processes ever legal!

They pass the steam first through a commercially sourced steam turbine, the gas plasma kilowatts of carbon neutral free electrical power.

So there are far rain heating their house or hotel, using the carbonate neutral steam plasma cylinder.  In an outhouse or the basement.

And it is so efficient we use just 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year!  We live a conference centre around steam plasma, and have a little pressure release valve.  So we augment the steam plasma at pressure, in my calculations at four atmospheres.  My friend had just used atmospheric pressure.

And got that 1 MW of carbon neutral heat.  Which would generate ½ MW of mains linked AC power.

Giving you an annual income from the national grid and three million UK pounds a year.  For all that lovely carbon neutral heat!  Taking 16 houses off the gas and power grid.

They are actually concerned the electricity, generated by a plasma power centre.  They don't use the power generated by commercial or uninsured nuclear power.

Remember uranium nuclear power knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  Not the 50 million of insurance it illegally carriers!  Every nuclear power plant on earth running illegally.

B United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.  And we'll switch over to her home plasma power plants.  The UK it needs just 44 GW of electrical power.

That use 200,000 home plasma power plants.  Totally non nuclear carbon neutral free electricity and heat.
