Totally non nuclear carbon zero free electricity and heat, which requires no fossil fuel burn and no at handling of hyper toxic radioactive isotopes.

Technically a steam plasma burns regular water molecules into heat light and X rays.  The water molecules end up as chaotic mist of positive ions and free electrons.

Don't worry about enclosed details - they all concern to very simple answer.  As I give below.  Practically confirmed by my American friend on benefits.

So a steam plasma tube converts regular steam into 1 MW of heat.  A commercially sourced steam turbine will convert into plasma kilowatts of electrical power.  The electronics will convert into mains linked phase and voltage AC.

So a 30x1.5cm steam plasma, will convert 20 W into 500 kW of carbon neutral power.  The carbon neutral electrical power for 60 houses.  With no carbon dioxide involved!

Also no radioactive isotopes.  Even a thorium nuclear cycle, is actually a fast breeder technology.  The thorium being converted into plutonium - require annual insurance cover of five billion.  And special licence to handle radioactive materials.  Owned by Oak Ridge: not accessible to the general population!

So a steam plasma burns 10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular tap water.  Into a constant of 4 MW of carbon neutral electrical power.  An annual income from the national grid of six million UK pounds.

And we cease to burn fossil fuels, and buy no electricity!  We are selling ½ MW of mains AC electricity.

So totally non nuclear!  Requiring no special nuclear materials handling licence.  The plasma burns regular water into massive heat, which would generate ½ MW of electrical power.  And provide free space heating for same 60 houses.

I told you is so simple!  Non nuclear carbon zero electricity: present uranium nuclear power bills its plants using concrete, produced via a fossil fuel burn on limestone.

Releasing in two years the carbon equivalent to the operation of 100 MW commercially fired electricity power station, for 25.

Costing 18 billion!  And automatically of the demolition after 25 years.  So present uranium nuclear power is mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.  Uranium nuclear power so very not carbon zero!

Massively expensive and hyper toxic.  Hence require a annual insurance cover of 100 billion annually: they carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  As there is no commercial insurance available above one billion.

So a plasma power plant, basically and powered!  Utilising so little water it will need topping up in 1000 generations.  Producing utterly no carbon emissions.  Not even the massive carbon emissions of uranium nuclear power.

Just generating free heat and power.  So the garage santis can build a plasma power plant in the garden shed, and power and heat the local area.

Any small engineering firm, can produce the plasma power plants.  Giving it to the house owner for free.  In exchange for the electricity payment from the national grid for a day.

So engineering firms make so much money from carbon neutral non toxic power.  And can transfer the whole the world over to carbon neutral electricity in a week!
