What we are talking about is a hydrogenation of carbon dioxide, to form methane and water!  Which occurs at low pressure, and temperature over 380° C.  So we get the unburning go up our carbon dioxide and hydrogen, to form methane and water.

We need to add heat, and use the cancer list or face centre cubic metal light aluminium, for the reaction to happen.  So you pass a concert gases through an aluminium helix, and get out the unreacted gases.  Plus the methane and water.

My American friends fired up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma, including heat output of 1 MW.  He did not record the pressure!

Carbon12 is diesel, and carbon16 is petrol.  Both fuels our carbon neutral!  Only releasing them burnt at higher pressure, the carbon dioxide taken their low pressure to a hydrogen eight over a catalyst.

At higher pressure will familiar with petrol burning with oxygen!  At low pressure carbon dioxide and burns with hydrogen, to form methane - natural gas.  So the reaction reverses under low pressure.

And thing which should capture attention here, is how much money gas and oil are worth.  The almost free to make in a chemical plant.  Which can be done by any garage hobbyist.

But I busy its chemically engineering firms will produce the methane.  This has demanded that it is carbon neutral.  Fossil fuels are not!  Their carbon dioxide actually increases plant life on earth.

Manmade global warming was devised by physics, to justify the election of new nuclear power plants.  Then Chernobyl showed that nuclear power is the technology of hades!  Requiring an insurance of 40 billion.

2010 and Japanese nuclear experience the Fukushima.  The show was rose to 100 billion.  Where nuclear power makes do with a criminally insufficient 50 million.

Are now or any medium or small sized engineering concern, can make or oil and gas!  By sucking carbon dioxide as the air.  And at low pressure hydroge nation will form methane - natural gas.

A plasma power plant has no nuclear coal!  This is not utilised will produce any radioactive materials.  It is just clean safe methane - carbonate neutral natural gas.  So gas will power our future!
