Putin came to power, seeing the USSR fragment!  He chose to invade the breakaway Baltic State Ukraine.  And as soon to victory within three days!  This is not happened.

Russia has lost so many tanks.

Moscow's forces have lost more than 230 of the heavily armored tracked vehicles since they invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, according to Oryx Blog, an open-source site that tracks military-equipment losses. Many were destroyed.23 hours ago

Even NAZI Germany do not plant UK invasion, the air supremacy.  But Russia has lost so many planes.

Casualties. On 2 March, Russia's Ministry of Defence confirmed that 498 Russian soldiers had been killed in combat, with another 1,597 being injured. It also claimed 2,870 Ukrainian soldiers had been killed, 3,700 wounded and 572 captured by this point.

If we think of every Russian tank costing 5,000,000, and Russia has lost 230 tanks!  So the tent losses alone and the county for one billion!

All those are vulnerable to one surface-to-air missiles.  They had two and the $30.00 weapon taking out A plame costing 20 million.  And every plane sent into Ukraine, can be taken down!  Stooping low over cities from forming run over hospitals, or bomb shelters, they are vulnerable to the defenders weapons.

And the bombing of hospitals and bomb shelters, concert use an automatic war crime!  And the head honcho in charge use of library of 15.  And each Russian soldier costs 2,000,000.

And you are not talking about a war of Russian defence.  We are talking about invasion of a sovereign country!  And defenders have the at-home advantage.

In built up areas snipers can take out the Russian aggressors.  As they have killed four Russian generals.  Financial cast from the 20,000,000 each.  But the are irreplaceable!  Taking 15 to 20 years to train!

Losing 7000 army personnel, that is seven billion!  The loss in aircraft is massive!

Ukrainian sources reported at a conference in London, United Kingdom, that the total Ukrainian aerial losses during the conflict in the east were: one Su-24, six Su-25s, two MiG-29s, one An-26, one An-30 and one Il-76.

That is 1.2 billion in the aircraft losses!  And you have lost to our highly trained pilots.  For a war with no great purpose!  Just seeking to reinforce Putin so stranglehold on the Russian government.

At 7000 army personnel killed for no reason, Putin is asking for a sniper to take him out!  The break threat to Putin is not world armies.  It is disgruntled Russian citizens with a rifle.

Ukraine and there is no weapons of mass destruction!  It has no hardened NAZI sympathisers.  Exist by the gas pipeline from Russia.

Which is quite stupid!  As the French scientist Sebatier was awarded the 1912 noble prize, four publishing the unburning of steam and carbon dioxide.

We are familiar clear that the temperature methane and oxygen under pressure burn to release heat and X rays.

At elevated temperature (400° C) carbon dioxide and steam will unburn over an aluminium helical catalyst to form methane and oxygen.  He had a C the farm or wall part of natural gas.

1 CO₂+2H₂+T+ spark+(Al)→CH₄+O₂ so the burning operation reverses!

We chill the carbon dioxide or to the air using a car no refrigeration cycle.  Powered by a steam plasma providing free heat and same power.

2 H₂O+P+PL+E→He+O+E²+X-ray A 50x1cm steam plasma at four atmospheres releases a constant 2.4 MW of heat.  Which will generate 1.2 MW our carbon neutral electricity using a commercially sourced steam turbine.

We also do the electrolysis of water.  To provide streams of hydrogen and oxygen gases.

Which are bride is to be free natural gas.  Require no five C across the Ukraine!  Not require any natural gas or petrol from Russia.

Per seeing the methane up an aluminium catalyst will cause fuel or oil to drip out.  Carbon12 is diesel.  Carbon16 years petrol!  As they were formed from sucking carbon dioxide as the air, when burnt the only release the same carbon dioxide!  They our carbon neutral fuels.

Almost free!  Mass of the undercutting Russia and Opec.  He was selling fossil fuel oil!  And like the carbon neutral fuel oil we are making.

So any Putin sized Chemical Engineering company, can make carbon neutral fuel or oil - a small engineering plant.  Which is very nearly free!  Just be circulating the carbon dioxide out of them back into the air.

Suddenly the Russian invasion of the Ukraine, looks down pointless and criminal!  And the Ukraine is winning the war of invasion!

The Russian tanks and planes, are being destroyed!  The Russian army personnel being killed.  Even the generals!  And the invasion has so far cost Russia over 20 billion.  And it is losing the war!
