Making natural gas and petrol

free natural gas - carbon neutral

We are going to need a cheap source of the electricity.  I have written extensively before about a steam plasma, turning regular water into heat light and X rays.

So we get access to a market worth 820 billion annually in the UK alone.

And it is not a hard Chemical Engineering.  But liquid oxygen, gas and petrol also overpriced today!  Any small engineering firm can set up to make natural gas and petrol, which is carbon neutral and very nearly free.
