Carbon 0 non-nuclear power that pays

This needs a garage scientist, to further out the exact details.  I am waiting for my dengineering laboratory, I thought the idea up at Sheffield University department of Engineering Materials.  Who ended my PH D work in a hurry!

The punch line is that a 50x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres, should release a constant 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  A 300 UK pound steam turbine, will convert into 1.2 MW of carbon neutral mains electricity.  Phase linked voltage and phase!  And the National Power grid will pay us six million UK pounds a year for our excess current.  Which takes 150 houses off mains electricity!

The use high voltage electronics from old fluorescent light, to start up the plasma - from a glass cylinder filled with a steam from a paint stripper or boiling pan.  The plasma itself sustains at my four atmospheres.

Yielding an annual income of six million UK pounds a year, from 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of mains tap water a year.  And now or we could not measure it either!

Every 3 minutes around the world heavy rain or snow and sets up for a lightening strike.  By doing molecular nuclear fusion, from the turbulent interaction of rain or snow particles.

That is why uranium nuclear power uses the uranium nuclear fission rods, to drive a steam cycle.  Which Prix uses too much energy - as it also does molecular nuclear fusion.

The in just think, all the garage santis in the world, can set up a steam plasma power plant.  And yes there annual income of six million UK pounds each.

The UK only needs 44 GW of electrical power.  44,000 plasma power plants!  From the UK population of 68 million.  That is not a lot of Engineering Equipment!

And we ceased burning fossil fuels to freeze electricity.  All nuclear power plants know needs annual insurance cover of 100 billion for each 100 MW nuclear power plant.  Or they are in contravention of the operating licence.  And must shut down instantly!

The world has wrote a space for used uranium nuclear fission fuel rods.  Their now using the short term used fuel rod storage space around disused nuclear plants.  In contravention of their planning consent!  Long since expired!

So so close you win skill in cumbria, there has been no global reprocessing capability for used nuclear fuel rods.  So every nuclear plant in the world is operating criminally under insured!  And totally illegally - as there is no storage capability for the used fuel rods.

A plasma power plant generates no solid radioactive waste, so requires no impossible annual insurance cover!  Clean safe and nontoxic energy.  Free power to the people!
