From a 50x1cm that you wish to gas 70 MW of heat.  By transforming some other water into helium and oxygen gases.  So not as good as a steam plasma.  Which should liberate 2.4 MW of heat from a 50x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres.

I would recommend using a steam turbine, and get out 1.2 MW of electrical current.  We transform into mains AC!  So can sell our excess current to the national grid, who will pay us six million UK pounds a year.

My own immune helix should release over 9 MW of electrical current.  Or houses needs just eight kilowatts of electrical power.  So we are producing the power for hundred houses!

Totally carbon neutral!  The thermoelectic device they cancer $1000.  The steam turbine is more efficient and should cost around $700.  So the turbine is the way to go!

My old PH D supervisor has expressed interest in nuclear fusion.  Passing steam off and an immune helix, will cure for X rays and heat up the steam!  Proving molecular nuclear fusion happens.
