Nuclear power made up the idea of man made climate change, after Chernobyl in 1986.  Nine to present the safety recommendations were never implemented - as too expensive.  Hence we got Fukushima in 2010.

One of the safety recommendations was far on standby cooling system.  Which would have stopped Fukushima!  Which would have saved 20 million lies in Asia.  Primarily through reducing cancer and heart disease rates.

Nature already does carbon neutral heat generation.  Every 3 minutes around the world there is a lightening strike.  Set up by heavy rain or snow and doing molecular nuclear fusion.

The garage harvest can set up a steam plasma in the garden shed.  And generate 2.4 MW of carbon neutral heat.  A 300 UK pound 1.2 MW steam turbine will generate a warm 0.2 MW of carbon neutral mains electricity.

The carbon free heat for 150 houses!  Utilising no over priced fossil fuels, and certainly no radioactive materials.  Which would require a special operating licence so any way!

And the annual insurance cover of 1.2 billion.  For just 1.2 MW of electrical power.

So I electricity is totally carbon free.  And very nearly price free!  Utilising just 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water annually, so I electricity is basically free!

But the national grid will pay us six million UK pounds annually, for our excess carbon neutral electrical power.  Sufficient to run four medium sized businesses.  All totally carbon neutral.

So the Jurassic carbon dioxide was had twice the present levels in the one periods.  In three ice ages it rose to 8 PPM.  It is status Ian the carbon dioxide does not warm the air!  That was paid nuclear fiction for the brain dead.
