The vapor pressure of pure ethanol at 30°C is approximately 10.46 kPa, which converts to about 0.103 atmospheres.
So we have rude regular wine It ends up out of a 30oC. We attach a vacuum valve to reduce the air pressue to about 0.10 Atmosphere. vacuum is very cheap to produce as the energy is the volume modified by the very low pressure.
which draws all the alcohol out of the wine! and we are left with alcohol free white or red wine. which we can bottle and sell - as there is a high demand for all the designated drivers. who gets sick of drinking orange juice and water!
They can drink totally alcohol free wine. with a green cork - to designate it is alcohol free/ but is taste identical to regular alcohol containing wine.
There is a high demand for good alcohol free wine. we use water to increase the alcohol content of our other wine, I add 60% water to make vodka !
