Russia sent its planes to bomb a city, near the Ukraine! So in Russia. Not in the Ukraine! Quite what the military reasoning was, we may never know!
The involved military bosses will vanished to Siberia. The Russian government will obviously have to pay the appropriate for financial compensation, to its own citizens.
