Melt the Poles

No ice sheet

We need to replace the ice sheets, move for the repaying panels.  An we use a little solar driven pumps, to suck out water vapour from the seas, to wash off the polyurethane panels.  And we can also include little artificial lakes!  Where a standing bodys of water, as we know warm the climate.
