A far better idea is to pass air across a steam plasma cylinder. Which is carbon zero heat.

Every lightening strike every 3 minutes around the world, is a 1.5kmx2cm steam plasma, set up by the deep into action of rain or snow particles in a turbulent fashion. This produces 5 tonnes of helium ions. Of which there is no chemical source! We are doing nuclear fusion from the turbulent interaction of water molecules.
This converts an energy release of 1.2 megawatts/m. So we know our steam plasma it's a shame freeze 2.4 MW/m as an estimate of four atmospheres pressure.
My friend fired up for a room temperature 30x1.5cm steam plasma and got out a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

So far as the air across a steam plasma should give us an energy transfer of 500 kW. Half a so the required power of 12,000 kW!
We are talking about running a jet aeroplane at supersonic speed, of the steam plasma - then in two little water to measure in a lifetime of the jet plane.
Jet travel with no carbon dioxide! So regular water a is far better than emission fuel!
