Labour in crisis as they lose three council seats in voter backlash over winter fuel

Golden Brown realise that fuel prices were overinflated.  So introduced the winter fuel payment.  In his infinite wisdom the labour prime minister, Keir Starmer, is on the way to 166,000 UK pounds a year, has decided to scrap this life essential subsidy.

Voters can only react through elections.  But I have read today and that labour has lost three council seats, as a voters are saying 'No!'
