Warming the English Coast

The Enland is hotter than it should be!  Because of the thermoe of warm water in the gulf stream.  And they can use the simple engineering idea to improve this heat source.

During the summer we turn down the plasma pressure, to give a steam plasma going at low power output.  Ready for the next winter!  Turn up the pressure, get more heat and light.

So we give coastal resorts like Blackpool the climate that any of all year around.  Without the air travel or ensuing cost.

The steam plasma power units gets older zero carbon free electricity.  Without any nuclear materials being involved.  No fossil fuel burn.  And cost free!
