This idea works of art relates or better still the open sea.  We first need a source of carbon zero electricity.  Which is really not hard!

We fire up a 30x1.5 CM steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  Which releases a constant 1 MW our carbon zero heat.  I have been telling professor Z about this since 2008.  C so the has been away trying to think of new reasons for climate change!

You do the maths and the night ring gas temperature we double the pressure, is about 243° C.  Which is quite warm.

It is all such obvious science!  And deeply ashamed that I had to think it through.  The new science is the utilisation of our steam plasma, as a source of carbon zero electricity.  The far off the natural lightening strike!  Nature shows us the way!
