There is no commercial source of insurance above one billion.  Hence United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down all 422 operating nuclear plants scattered around the world.  200 in the U.S. and France each!  France generates 5% of its power using uranium nuclear power.

Totally criminal and under insured!  The most illegal industry ever.

It is can use a little vacuum pump, to purify the water source.  And pump the water vapour to a highly tank or little reservoir.

This idea will even purify salt water.  The water vapour losing all salts and contaminants including heavy metals behind.

British water has a massive power stations.  Which can all be converted over to free and nontoxic plasma power plants.  Just 24 1m x2cm steam plasma is will run 100 MW power station continuously.  With no fossil fuel burn!

So the power company is have a massive unused generation power at night.  They can get a snorkel down into the sea or river, and suck out fresh water vapour.  That is a 1000 times easier to pump and liquid water.

So they transporting it to a high holding reservoir.  Making the UK independent of natural rain fall.  They can suck their own fresh water from Rivers or the sea.  Droughts have absolutely no effect!

The war the industry is making its own pure water vapour.  Which invented to the air, for a mist, then rain drops which fill the reservoir.  I was told all this by Dr. Shaw, during a level physics at Bolton school 1978.

So this gives you a carbon zero electricity source.  Which will drive a little snorkels, to buy just one metre of vacuum head to suck out to sea water.  And suck out seawater - transporting it to a holding reservoir.

The be all salts and contaminants behind.  The water is purer than Perrier water!  Which has a little salt in.

Since mineral waters are naturally sourced, the sodium comes from natural sources as well which we know to have health benefits.
