France election live: first-round results give far-right alliance 33% of vote, as PM warns Le Pen at ‘gates of power’
The French ultra right, there equivalent of the UK National Front, has just elected Le Pen's party in the first round of French elections.
Macron is getting worried, about losing the French presidency to Le Pen. Remember the Nazis' gained power enior see through democratic elections! We are surely going to see more far-right activity in the UK.
When I bumped into Marion Anne Perrine Le Pen a decade ago on the French Beach, even then her security guards were in evidence! Now you could not get within two metres of her.
Her father never gained political mainstream acceptance. Now she has just were on the first round of French elections. As long as she does not adopt black leather with metal studs clothing, and giving NAZI salutes, will probably OK!
