German economy shrinking

Germany going DOWN

We expect the German economy growing burn four per cent year on year.  However it spent this money on reunification, and the European community - the EU.

However, the state-owned investment and development bank KfW said this week it expected German GDP to shrink by 0.3% overall this year. It added that two-thirds of the downturn may be caused by more work days being lost in 2023 to public holidays than last year.25 May 2023

Suddenly the German economy is shrinking!  In the early days and the EEC, Germany was in receipt of economic aid.  However it has spent the money.

And no Germany may be a locked into a downward spiral!  The leading economy of the EU is very expected to can do more money after a brexit.  And it doesn't have it!

Italy and Spain or look towards the EU for perpetual financial help.  But now it looks rather like the EU is headed towards bankruptcy.  Which is what usually happens globally to economic trading blocs.

Adding an extra financial burden to the economies, tries economy is into the red.  It is nice to see that Germany might now be adopting the unwanted slogan of 'the sick man of Europe'.
