Warm the east coast of England

Warm and light the air for free

The east coast is not warmed by a deep sea current like the golf stream.  But it does have access to near unlimited amounts or cool seawater, at around 10° C.  That is great!

We extruded two large metal helixes.  One of stainless steel one of aluminium.  We cite the stainless steel helix in the seas outside the main shipping Lanes.  We are passed a cold gas into this helix, and it sucks in low temperature thermal energy.  I first wrote this phrase 1982.  And was puzzled!

The trick is an we use a little solar powered pump, to compress a low pressure gas.  Which so the cancer a smaller volume of red hot gas.  The gas of scales by the absolute temperature.

Degrees Kelvin, is Celsius plus 273.  We are extracted any moisture, as it complicates the equations.  The pressure and temperature of the gas are directly linked.

1 P₁.T₁=P₂.T₂ but simply, if we double the pressure on the gas, we double the absolute temperature.  So remember Kelvin is Celsius first 273.  So 10⁰ C is 283⁰ K.

So we double the pressure of our dry air, and its use up to 563⁰ K this mixes with the ambient air, increasing the local air temperature in a KM radius by 20° C.  Transforming our winter cold nights, in two air respectively warm summer day.

You argue that you want more light.  Luckily my American friend has validated that are steam plasma is a carbon zero source of heat and light.

2 H₂O+PL→He+O+E²+L so we get yet more heat!  Linked to the light to stimulate plant growth.

And plant's sucking carbon dioxide to grow, to enter the present afternoon carbon dioxide and at just two parts per million.

3 mCO₂+(n+r)H₂O+PL→(Cₘ(H₂O)ₙ+O₂-E)+r(E²+L)

Our steam plasma cylinders below flotation balloon, will add heat and light to an area.  That is termed centre or the east coast!

So the metal helixes is a 1950s heat pump.  Extracting thermal energy from the seas - basically 0.1° C from an immense volume of seawater.  To heat up their local air to 563⁰K.  Which translates to 290° C.  And that he had a spare set in a glass or radius.  Making a really decent climate!

Giving the east coast of England or France the climate than the West Coast.  For the cost of too little extruded metal helixes, and it use solar driven pumps.  Costing under 20 UK pounds.

And we cancer light which areas we warm!  Pumping the low pressure gas through a large cylinders, and till we compress the gas and lose their heat to the air where ever we want.

If an area is still hot, we pump the high pressure gas down into the seas to loses heat, and then pass the low pressure gas to the helix in the air - sucking out heat.  Ideal for country is in the Middle East, which require area cooling all year every day.
