It is not above the cleverness of the road maintenance people.
We have the technology! And 2.7 billion should have seen all roads within Manchester fully repaired. And it is such a basic requirement for modern life! Not to have your car suspension fatally weakened by the undulating tarmac structure roads of Manchester.
I realise we live in credit crunch times. When has not been a financially strapped age? Was it is such a basic requirement for modern life. So come on Manchester, Irish navy crews, will work for a minimum wage and a fish supper!
Surely the Manchester evening news should be publicising this crisis. Surely the fee for salford, Rebecca Long-Bailey should be pressing this point in the houses of commons!
